With
about twenty people in attendance, a variety of topics was explored,
ranging from how best to deal with mixed level classes, reading
strategies and suitable textbooks, a pech-kucha presentation about the value of Moodle, creative
literary journals for language teachers (The Font), students' story
compositions, to one Japanese student's experience in using and
improving his English in the United States, to a guitar treat and
sing-along, amongst others.
